Shared Rooms, Monthly
Three rooms (one for ladies, one for men, and one coed), beds rented on a monthly basis for $300/month.
​
Room #3: Ladies' "Cold Bed" Shared Room, each lady has her own private bed equipped with USB/charging outlet, comforter, pillow, lamp,. and storage cubes. The hallway bathroom is accessible through a private door. Beds 1&2 are Twin XL. TV.
​
Room #4: Shared room with private "cold" beds, each guest has his/her own bed equipped with USB/charging outlet, pillow, lamp, and storage cubes or under-bed storage. Room has a closet for luggage and for keeping a small amount of personal items. Beds 3&4 are Twin XL.
​
Room #5: Mens' "Cold Bed" Shared Room: each man has his own private bed equipped with USB/charging outlet, comforter, pillow, lamp, and private shelves. Dresser and cubby storage. Beds 3&4 are Twin XL. Room 5 is the only room downstairs and also has a TV, hall closet, and full bath on a private hallway off the kitchen.
